ADDING SUGAR TO YOUR COFFEE CHANGES THE PROPERTIES OF CAFFEINE

If you like to add sugar in your coffee, this will influence caffeine dimerization, which is related to the bitter taste of this drink.

This has been studied and recently published by researchers at the University of York.
